B.I.A.S. (Because I Am Saved) Youth Group
Being parents of pre-teens and teens takes a lot of challenge especially in journeying with them in a growing relationship with Jesus which affects every aspect of their lives, from everyday choices, at home, in school, and wherever to pursuing God and His wonderful plan for them. That is why Church of the Living Hope – B.I.A.S. (Because I Am Saved )Youth Group is here. We are here to partner with parents in discipling their child/ren and training them to become spiritual leaders of their generation.
BIAS Youth meet weekly for a fun time of fellowship, worship, Bible Study, and prayer. We desire to see our youth to be intentional, uncomfortable, and uncompromising as we seek God together. This means we will do whatever it takes to fulfill our mission and vision, to glorify God as He transforms us as we lovingly obey Him, and uses us as agents of transformation until Christ returns. Youth leaders also spend informal time with our youth to develop healthy accountability and mentor them.
Our youth’s involvement is crucial in determining future ministry plans; as well as in developing their leadership potential, utilizing their God-given gifts, talents and skills, and influencing their generation to help in building the Lord’s kingdom. So, we pray, cast vision, dialogue, and seek God’s direction with them.
Equip to Serve Discipleship Classes
ETS is a two-hour session once a week for six 12-week courses which is designed for those who seek training, accountability, and nurturing in their faith. Project Micah- Compassion Children Sponsorship
In December 7, 2005 during a prayer meeting, God impressed upon the need to put love into action in a different way. We thank the Lord for the opportunity of sponsoring 4 kids through Compassion Canada. They will need all the help we can give, but most of all, they and their families need our prayers.

Promiseland Children’s Ministry
Our goal is to help reach our children with the Word of God so that they will become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.
With unconditional love, sound teaching and lots of great fun, we seek to influence and train the children to make the right choices as they grow and develop in their faith. There are many opportunities to express and practice their God given talents.
Living Hope Promiseland is a children’s ministry that is
– child targeted
– where the Bible is creatively taught and expressed
– where its truth are presented in a relevant way
– where shepherding children is intentional through small groups
– where children are safe
– and discovering God’s truth is fun!
Living Hope Promiseland is held simultaneously with the adult worship service.
Our volunteer staff love children and have a passion for God. This church loves kids. Children are important to God so they are important to us!
